NSUK School of Postgraduate Studies Announces Collection of Certificates for 7th and 8th Convocation Graduates

The School of Postgraduate Studies (SPGS), Nasarawa State University, Keffi, has announced the commencement of the collection of certificates by postgraduate graduates who were conferred degrees during the University’s 7th and 8th Convocations.

According to an internal memo issued by the Secretary, School of Postgraduate Studies, Umar Shehu, certificates are now ready for collection by graduates whose names appear on the official lists released by the School.

The notice covers graduates of the 7th Convocation (2023) and the 8th Combined Convocation (2026). The accompanying official database contains 5,995 postgraduate graduates in total — 1,348 graduates from the 7th Convocation and 4,647 graduates from the 8th Combined Convocation.

The School stated that only graduates whose names appear on the attached lists are currently invited to collect their certificates. It also noted that another batch of certificates for graduates of the 7th and 8th Convocations will be released subsequently.

Requirements for Collection

Graduates coming to collect their certificates are required to appear in person at the Student Affairs Office of the School of Postgraduate Studies, Nasarawa State University, Keffi, during official working hours.

Graduates are advised to come along with:

  • Original Statement of Result
  • Valid ID Card

The School further emphasized that certificates must be collected personally by the graduate, and that collection by proxy will not be permitted.

Graduates are encouraged to check the published lists below to confirm whether their names are included in the current batch of certificates ready for collection.

Important: Graduates whose names do not appear on the current lists should await the release of subsequent batches by the School of Postgraduate Studies.
